April Events at the Children’s Museum of Rochester
Blow Painting: The Museum routinely offers fun activities as part of their Imagination Station. With Blow Painting we offer children a unique way to paint without ever using a brush. At the Sensory Table we will use the Boba Beads,
Birthday Scavenger Hunt: The Museums is celebrating three years! As part of our birthday celebration we will be offering a fun scavenger hunt for kids to take part in. Admission is $5.50 and children under one are free.
Clip, Snip, Slice: This week the Imagination Station we will be using papers and materials of different textures, as well as scissors, to create different works of art. The Sensory Table will feature a car wash. Admission is $5.50 and children under one are free.
Recycled Sculptures: To celebrate Earth Week the Imagination Station will be using recycle materials to create unique arts and crafts. The Sensory Table will feature fluffy materials. Admission is $5.50 and children under one are free.
Earth Week: From April 22nd until April 27th we will be using recycled materials to create and art and recognize Earth Week. We will be offering Recycle Sculptures and Nature Sketches. Admission is $5.50 and children under one are free.
Nature Sketches: From April 29th until May 3rd the Imagination Station will be offering a variety of materials found in nature to inspire children to create unique sketches. The Sensory Table will feature flowers and petals. Admission is $5.50 and children under one are free.
