Insurance and Financing
Payment Options For Your Family
Our practice is committed to helping people access the dental services they require. We accept all major credit cards, and you can enjoy a 5% discount when you cover the balance of your care with cash or check on the day of your dental service. We also have a 10% savings option for our patients who are 60 and older.
Insurance
Greenview Cosmetic and Family Dentistry is in-network with Delta Dental, Health Partners, and LHI HSA. We accept most insurance, other than state dental insurances, and file on your behalf. This allows us to choose the highest quality products and dental laboratories without being restricted by insurance coverage.
Preauthorization
At your request, we can send a preauthorization request to your insurance provider for dental services. Please note that this is an estimation of coverage and not a guarantee of payment.
Care Packages
For patients without dental insurance, it can be challenging to pay for that care. That’s why we offer Care Packages, a smart and cost-effective way to get the dental care you need. Patients pay one flat fee and receive two cleanings, two exams and any necessary X-rays over a 12-month period. Plus, you receive a 15% discount on any restorative or elective treatments.
