In September, your Rochester MN dentists, Dr. Calcagno and Dr. Heimer, and our team took part in the Join the Journey 10 mile walk. This was a chance to show our support for women battling breast cancer.
Supporting the Battle Against Breast Cancer
Join the Journey is an organization that raises money and provides support for women with breast cancer and their families. Since this is a local organization, all the money raised is used to help people in the community, as they like to say: “money raised here, stays here”.
Join the Journey was started by breast cancer survivors and provides a number of resources and opportunities for survivors and those who have been diagnosed, including mentoring programs. The Tooth Fairies
On September 20th, your Rochester MN dentists and our team participated in the 10-mile walk. Our group takes part in this annual walk every year. Our team name is appropriately enough, the Tooth Fairies. We encourage you and your family and friends to take part in Join the Journey. Not only will you enjoy a little exercise and spend time with a lot of great people, you will help people who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and show support for breast cancer survivors.
