This year marks the 32nd Annual Event ‘Taste of the Town’ put on by the Salvation Army. As a culinary and fundraising event, Taste of the Town pulls 30 restaurants together to provide sample dishes for the community of Rochester. Not only can you taste the culinary works of delicious local restaurants, you can participate in a silent auction to help support the Good Samaritan Health Clinic. Held at the Rochester International Event Center, Taste of the Town can accommodate for over 600 people – that’s how many people attended last year! If you can free up your weekend – on Sunday – consider purchasing a ticket for this event to help benefit the Rochester, MN community.
About The Event:
Taste of the Town is a fundraising event that donates all of its proceeds to dental and medical clinics for individuals who either don’t have the proper insurance or are without insurance altogether. Spend the afternoon helping your community by tasting delicious food and even meet local celebrities!
Food will be provided by: The Loop Bar + Restaurant, Victoria’s Ristorante & Wine Bar, Canadian Honker Restaurant, Pinnacle Catering, Charlie’s Eatery & Pub, Famous Dave’s, Baker’s Square South, Hardy’s B-B-Que, Regal Catering, and so many more!
