On Saturday, May 18, the History Center Of Olmsted County will play host a special event that can certainly “lift” your spirits! The Up-Up And Away event is a family-focused event hosted by the Veterans And Emergency Services Museum Round Table. Guests can take part in a ride on a tethered balloon throughout the day, and take a look at the world down below. There will also be several kids’ activities, plus videos and a discussion during the event. A balloon adventure can certainly put a smile on your kids’ faces. The Up-Up And Away event is being held on Saturday, May 18. The event is scheduled to run from 7:30 am until 9:30 am, and again at 2 pm until 8 pm.

Cost:
For adults, a balloon ride will be $10, while kids will be able to ride for $5. Event admission is $5 for adults, and $2 for kids. Child pricing is offered to guests aged twelve and younger.
