Zoo Trolley Tour: The Oxbow Park and Zollman Zoo will be hosting a Trolley Tour on Sunday, May 15th from noon until 3:30pm. Admission is $15 per person and we recommend brining a picnic lunch. You can book at rochestermntours.com or call 507-421-0573 for more information.
ROCKchester Music and Arts Festival: The festival showcases local artists and is curated by local teens. The event takes place on Sunday, May 15th from 12:30pm until 9pm. Admission is $20 for adults and $12 for students. There will be five bands and five singer/songwriters performing. You can find out more at www.rockchesterfestival.com.
Cave Tour and Historic Hike: The Quarry Hill Nature Center will be hosting a Cave Tour and Historic Hike on May 15th and May 29th at 1:30pm. The hike visits several historic structures before exploring a sandstone cave. There will also be an optional hike afterward. You can register by phone and admission is $2 for adults and $1 for kids. If you are a member, admission is free.
Mega Rummage Sale: You can raise funds for the Jefferson Elementary Playground Fund by visiting their mega rummage sale on May 21st from 7am until 3pm. The event will take place at the Evangel United Methodist Church, located at 2645 North Broadway. You can also receive a tax-deductible receipt afterward.
Blue and BBQ: Cronin’s Home will be hosting n all-you-can-eat BBQ featuring live blues music on May 21st from 4pm until 9pm. Admission is $10nper person and kids under the age of ten get in free!
