We’ve reached the end of September! Which means the city of Rochester will be experiencing festivals, Halloween events, and other fun fall activities for the entire family to take advantage of. At Calcagno Cosmetic and Family Dentistry, we want you to be aware of the exciting events taking place in our wonderful city. Community Events in October
- Pumpkins and Corn Maze: Willow’s Keep Farm (47385 HWY US-52 Zumbrota, MN 55992) will be hosting a haunted crown maze, selling pumpkins and more. They are open every Sunday and Saturday from now until October 30th.
- Fresh Farm Fun: The Red Barn Learning Farm will be offering free wagon rides, pony rides for $3, a large petting zoo, lunch and refreshments, and a corn pit. The event takes place every Sunday and Saturday from now until October 30th at 27251 MN-30 in Hayfield, MN 55940.
- Escape Challenge: The Escape Challenge will be held every week day at 20th 6th Street NW. You and a group of friends will be locked in a room. You will have 60 minutes to follow a series of clues and escape from the room to win. After 60 minutes, the room will unlock. Can you unlock the room before then?
- Tastes Like Paint: The Rochester Art Center will be hosting Tastes Like Paint every Tuesday until December 27th. The art center is located at 40 Civic Center Drive SE. The event is for teens and includes visits to art galleries, museums, and chances to meet professional artists. The program is free and open to all teenagers in the area.
- Jeff Hanson Memorial Car Show: The Jeff Hanson Memorial Car Show will be held on September 28th at the Eagles Club (917 15th Avenue SE). The show is held every Wednesday and will feature outdoor foods, drink specials, and more.
