- True. We will add an abutment to the implant, which will hold the crown in place. We use crowns due to their lifelike appearance and strength. We make them from ceramic, which mimics the appearance of tooth enamel and is also stain-resistant.
- True. In some cases, you may be missing most or all of your teeth. For cases where there are one to three lost teeth in a row, we can support a dental bridge with implant posts. If you need dentures, we can create a lifelike prosthetic that is held in place with between six and eight implant posts. The resulting prosthetic is fixed, so it doesn’t need to be removed and won’t slip when you eat or speak.
