- Storytime: ABC & Toy Zone will be hosting a storytime with Peter on Saturday, December 31st at 10:30am. The event takes place the Miracle Mile Shopping Center. For more details, you can call 507-286-8440 or visit www.abctoyzone.com.
- New Year’s Eve at Noon: The Minnesota Children’s Museum of Rochester will be hosting their 4th Annual Noon Year’s Eve party on Saturday, December 31st from 10:30am until 4:30pm. There will be dancing, songs, and a ball drop at noon and 6pm. There will also be an appearance by Clifford the Big Red Dog ™. You should buy tickets as soon as possible as the event frequently sells out.
- Christmas Bird Count: ON Sunday, January 1st Whitewater State Park will be hosting a Christmas Bird Count. This is the 21st annual Christmas Bird Count. You can join the fun by signing up via email (sara.holger@state.mn.us) or by calling 507-932-3007 (extension 226).
- First Day Hike: From 1pm until 2pm on Sunday, January 1st you can take part in Whitewater State Park’s First Day Hike. The event is open to the entire family.
