- Build an American Kestrel Box: During this event, you and your family can learn about Minnesota’s smallest falcon, the American Kestrel. You can also help the falcon by constructing a nesting box with the help of our staff. We will then help choose the best place to place the box. There are only 25 boxes (at $5 a piece) available, so we recommend calling 507-775-2451 to reserve yours before Saturday! This event is open to ages five and up. - HONK! The Musical: The Mantorville Theatre Company will be presenting HONK! The Musical from February 17th until March 12th. Performances are Friday and Saturday ay 7:30pm and Sunday at 2pm. The musical is a new take on the story of the ugly duckling that is fun for all ages. You can purchase tickets by calling 507-635-5420 or by visiting www.mantorvillain.com. Ticket prices are $20 for adults, $17 for kids or students, and an adult+child ticket combo is only $30.
- Rochester Winter Farmers Market: Every Saturday from now until April, you can attend the Rochester Winter Farmers Market. The market is held at 9am in building number 35 at the Graham Park/Olmsted County Fairgrounds. There are over 30 vendors with fresh produce, breads, and foods from within 50 miles of Rochester. You and your family can pick up fresh and local foods!
- Storytime: The Barnes & Noble in the Apache Mall will be hosting a free storytime for kids every Saturday at 11am. Each Saturday will feature a different book. You can visit their website to see what the selection for each week will be.
