Question: How do I contact you?
Answer: You have two options! First, call our phone number. You can also click the Emergency Visit button on the homepage. You will then be directed to a form to provide more information on your situation. This way, when we call you back, we have the info we need to prepare for your visit.
Question: What counts as an emergency?
Answer: Any injury or pain related to the teeth or gums that is not life threatening is a dental emergency. Should the issue be life threatening, then call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room. Otherwise, we can help address your discomfort and repair your tooth.
Question: How do I ease discomfort before seeing the dentist?
Answer: Often, you can prevent swelling by placing a cold compress against the side of the face. You can use gauze or a piece of cloth to stem any bleeding. You may also take an over-the-counter pain reliever to address discomfort in route to see us.
Question: What if my tooth is knocked-out completely?
Answer: Should this occur, don’t panic! Pick the tooth up by the crown, never touch the root. Then rinse the tooth under gently running water to remove dirt and debris, but take care not to remove any tissue. You can either place the tooth in the socket and gently bite down to hold it in place, or place it in a glass of milk. Bring the tooth with you to see us!
