During this special FREE event, families can enjoy food, plenty of games and activities, and other special events. The block party will be held outside the library, unless weather issues push the event indoors. This event will be held outside the Rochester Public Library, located at 101 2nd St SE. If there are issues with the weather, the event will be moved inside the library.
