Rochester Mayo and City Historical City Your: The tours are conducted every day except for Monday. The tour begins at the Rochester Marriott Mayo Clinic area at 1010 1st Avenue SW, Rochester, MN 55902. You will ride the vintage red trolleys and enjoy a narrated tour of he city’s sites and attractions. You can hop off and explore certain places on the tour, as well. Historic Mayowood Mansion Tour: The tour is held every week on Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The tour occurs at the Mayowood Mansion at 3720 Mayowood Road SW, Rochester, MN 55902. The tour covers three generations of the Mayo family at the recently renovated mansion. You purchase tickets 20 minutes before the tour and each tour lasts one hour.
