From now through Sunday, December 15, the Rochester community will have opportunities to take the special Christmas tour at Mayowood Mansion! Mayowood Mansion is a historic structure built by the Mayo family, one that offers great tours throughout the year. The mansion is specially decorated for the holiday season, and guests can marvel at how the 38-room structure has been decorated to create a merry mood. The holidays help bring us together, and connect with friends and family members as we enjoy the final weeks of the year. The Mayowood Mansion Christmas tours run Tuesdays through Sundays, and will continue until Sunday, December 15.
Where:
Mayowood Mansion is located at 1195 West Circle Drive SW, Rochester, MN.
Cost:
Tickets for adults are $25. Kids between the ages of 5 and 12 can join the tour for $10, and kids aged four and younger will be welcomed for free.
Activities Include:
After an introductory video at the History Center, the tour will travel by trolley to Mayowood Mansion, which is specially decorated for the holidays. The guided tours last for approximately one hour.
