Have you had an opportunity to explore Rochester’s historic Mayowood Mansion? You and your family can enjoy a guided tour through this iconic residence, and learn about the three generations of the Mayo family who resided there. The tour, roughly one hour in length, will allow you to explore this residence, learning about the structure itself, and the history inhabited within. Tours are running regularly, and are scheduled to continue until October 26. Discounted ticket prices are provided for kids who wish to check out the tour. Please be advised that the mansion is closed during major holidays.
When:
Tours of the Mayowood Mansion take place on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Wednesday and Thursday tours are offered at 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, and 3 pm; Saturday tours are offered at 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, and 2pm; Sunday tours are offered at 12 pm, 1 pm, and 2 pm. Tours do not run on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Fridays.

Cost:
Adult tickets are $17. Reduced pricing of $5 is available for kids between the ages of two and twelve. Tickets can be purchased at Mayowood Mansion, or at the History Center.
